India International Hotel Travel and Tourism Research Conference, 2013

Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology has organized the 3rd India International Hotel, Travel & Tourism Research Conference from January 29 to 31, 2013. The aim of this conference is to bring industry managers, tourism and hospitality researchers together to deliberate on the issues related to the travel and hospitality business. This conference will reveal the needs of guests, problems in performance and empowerment practices to improve quality of service along with the needed changes in the Hospitality and Tourism practices.
