EATING WITH YOUR FIVE SENSES

“EUROPEAN QUALITY FOOD:
” Aimed to increase European Gastronomy Awareness through the Five Senses, a session of European Cuisine Masterclass was organized by European Union, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment of Spain and the Spanish Food and Beverage Industry Federation (FIAB) on 7th February 2013 at Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, New Delhi. Mediterranean Diet being a lifestyle for today was introduced through the session comprising of live cooking and tasting for students, theoretical explanation of the basic recipes and its ingredients, cooking the recipes related to the 5 senses. A Masterclass Technical Session by Chef Guillermo Torino, Chef Julian Arranz and Chef Jesus Serrano was conducted for the budding hospitality professionals focusing on accurate explanations of ingredients and basic flavors, signature European Cuisine and popular recipes for the 5 senses.
