Chef Vikas Khanna at BCIHMCT for Dabur Hommade Home Star contest

Institute of Hotel management and Catering Technology hosted Dabur Hommade HomeStar contest on May 3, 2013, judged
by Master Chef Vikas Khanna’s, seen as one of judges on Star Plus’ Master Chef
India.
According to Chef Vikas Khanna, all those women and men who painstakingly
cook scrumptious dishes for their family are to be given a grand salute. He
added that a contest like this was indeed a great initiative by the brand to
give an opportunity to the queens and kings of Indian kitchens to bring their
culinary skills outside their homes and share it with the world.
The contest saw more than 5,000 entries, of
which 10 reached grand finale. Sudha Dhir, a 65-year-old
homemaker from Gurgaon won the contest.
